The pipeline

From kickoff to ongoing growth.

Names matter less than the deliverables at each stage. We agree on those before the project starts so there's no surprise at the end of a phase.

Start a Project
  1. 01

    Discovery

We map goals, audience, and constraints in a structured kickoff.

Deliverable: In-person or async kickoff doc. Goals, non-goals, success metrics, and constraints committed in writing.
  2. 02

    Strategy

Channel mix, KPIs, and technology choices.

Deliverable: A short strategic plan: where we'll invest, what we'll measure, and the stack we will (and won't) use.
  3. 03

    Planning

Scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.

Deliverable: Written scope with milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria locked before any work begins.
  4. 04

    Design

Information architecture, design system, and key flows.

Deliverable: Wireframes, design tokens, and the flows we'll actually build — signed off before build.
  5. 05

    Development / Production

    Iterative build with weekly demos.

Deliverable: Two-week milestones with demos against the acceptance criteria. Nothing ships silent.
  6. 06

    Testing & Review

    Cross-device QA, accessibility, content, performance.

Deliverable: Browser matrix, keyboard paths, content review against brand, and Core Web Vitals audit before launch.
  7. 07

    Launch

    Release against a launch checklist.

Deliverable: DNS, redirects, analytics, monitoring, and rollback — checked off a written runbook, not from memory.
  8. 08

    Growth & Support

Optional retainer for patches and small features.

Deliverable: Monthly reports, performance monitoring, and a support path to the people who built the thing.
