What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, phone, company, service, budget and message you provide. We use server logs (IP address and timestamp) to monitor security and rate-limit abuse; we do not link IP addresses to individuals.
How we use it
We use your submission exclusively to reply to your inquiry and to scope potential work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to serve the engagement, and up to 24 months afterward for reference. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@jvreffectivetricks.com.
Security
Form submissions are validated server-side, protected against common attacks with CSRF tokens and honeypot fields, and delivered over TLS. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard practices to protect your information.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@jvreffectivetricks.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
